How do I find your studio?

A: Kéatique Skin Studio is moving to a new location. The new space is only 5 minutes away in Santa Ana, CA. Stay tuned!

How do I book an appointment?

A: Online booking will open soon.

Do you require a deposit to book an appointment?

A: A $50 deposit is required to book an appointment. The deposit will go towards the cost of the service.


What is your cancelation policy?

A: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so online at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will forfeit your deposit.  If an emergency arises, please call, text, or WhatsApp me as soon as possible at 714-707-8043.  I know things come up last minute and some things are just out of our control.  Please don’t stress, we can always work something out so do not hesitate to contact me, “no-shows” are what we want to avoid!  *Please note, the cell reception is not great at the studio so WhatsApp or Instagram DM is best for communication.


What happens if YOU need to cancel or reschedule my appointment last minute?

A: No one ever talks about when your service provider needs to change your appointment unexpectedly.  We also experience last-minute emergencies or situations that take us away from the treatment room.  Illness strikes at the most unexpected times.  Being an esthetician, I work in extreme proximity to my clients.  There is no safe way to work that close while sick so I will definitely need to reschedule your appointment.  I will try my best to give you the best options for the inconvenience and you will be at the top of the priority list for appointments.  If I need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, I will give you a $50 credit on your next service.  Just think of it as MY deposit to you! 


Can I bring my kids or pets to my appointment?

A: Unfortunately, the studio is not able to accommodate additional people while maintaining a relaxing and safe experience for both the client and provider.  The nature of all the treatments offered at the Skin Studio will not allow you or me to keep an eye on children or pets during the service.  Please think of your time here as a place for you to relax and escape the stresses of the outside world. 


How should I prepare for my appointment?

A:  In order to optimize your experience, there are some things you may want to keep in mind prior to the appointment.  If possible, come makup free (especially mascara).  Removing makeup during the facial treatment takes time and could cut the service time.  It is best to leave jewlery (earings and necklaces) at home to avoid damages or loss.  For facial treatments, you will only be undressing from the waist (up to your comfort level) and have the option to use a spa wrap so you may want to wear comfortable bottoms.  Whatever you decide, it is best to have the neck, decolletage, shoulder area clear so no products gets on any clothing or jewlery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A:  I want to keep the studio as cash-free as possible as I do not carry any change.  I accept credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD) and contactless pay options such as Apple pay and Google pay.


What is your tipping policy?

A:  One of my goals at the Skin Studio is to be fully transparent with my guests, especially with my pricing.  This is why I have implemented a “no tipping” policy.  While gratuities are always greatly appreciated, I think it leads to a lot of confusion and anxiety from a client’s perspective and that’s the last thing I want anyone to experience in my space (especially since I am anxious Nervous Nellie).  I want everything to be crystal clear when it comes to what guests should expect and that includes the pricing.  “What you see is what you get”, or I guess I should say “What you see is what you pay”.  Also, if you’ve heard my story of WHY I started in this industry, you will understand the value I get from a genuine “THANK YOU”.  That would definitely be the greatest form of gratuity I can receive and I will work my hardest to earn that from you.
